Winter wellbeing smoothie

Don’t just save the smoothies for summer! With its hint of winter flavour and a mighty, immune-busting punch, this is the perfect smoothie to see you through the chilliest of days. 

Ingredients:

  • 3 tangerines; 2 mangoes; 1 pomegranate
  • 4 heaped tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon; Fresh ginger (to taste)
  • Ice to serve

Then simply blend, pour over ice and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds to finish. Enjoy!
